Is the diary available as a digital version?
Currently, we offer premium physical editions through Amazon KDP. We're developing a digital companion app for 2024. Physical first, digital second—because we believe analog planning builds deeper commitment.
What's the paper quality like?
Premium 130 gsm paper with leather-bound covers. Gold-embossed branding. The paper resists bleeding from pens and feels luxurious. It's designed to be kept and referenced for years.
Is there a "right" way to pick my One Outcome?
Your One Outcome should pass this filter: Does it generate revenue today OR build a long-term asset? If it's busy work, administration, or "keeping things running"—it's not your One Outcome. Choose the move that scales, not the move that maintains.
What counts as a "task" and what doesn't?
Tasks = actions that directly move toward your One Outcome. Calls and meetings DO NOT count—they're communication channels, not work. Status updates, emails, routine admin? Not tasks. Only work that creates value counts toward your 4-task limit.
